Buckner has provided foster care services in Midland since 1996 and has served women and families through Buckner Family Place, a self-sufficiency program for single parents, since 2002. As a part of Buckner Children and Family Services, we have years of experience working with children and families and are committed to helping find loving homes for children in our community. Our experienced team can answer any questions you may have about the foster care or adoption process. We look forward to hearing from you!
We are currently recruiting families who are open to providing loving foster homes for:
- Children with special challenges and therapeutic needs
- Children age birth to 10 years old
- Teenagers
We are also looking for families and individuals who are willing to volunteer their time with older children who need mentors and provide respite care for foster families.
For our Domestic Infant Adoption program, we are looking for families who are willing to maintain an open relationship with a child’s birth family. To learn more about open adoption, click here.
